Lucille Saetteurn: A good source for finding a labor law or employment lawyer would be to contact the Bar association of the state in which the alleged violation occured. The Bar association can also provide free or low cost consultations to even let you know if you have a case. To the best of my knowledge, it should not matter in what state the plaintiff lives.
