The reason for this is all American television is the only in the world to be very highly modified, edited or digitally covered of sexual, nudity and language content. If you go to any country outside the US and watch television you will realize this. Television isn't modified in other countries it only is in the USA because of American moralistic puritan values where nudity and sexual discussion are taboo subjects. So when you see any overseas TV broadcasts like Hispanic television you had discovered it isn't modified, that is how we see television outside the US. Every American show or movie on TV is edited, whereas in a Latin American country, it is hardly ever.Some shows in Spanish are inappropriate for younger kids, but same goes for shows in English.
