Daren Ventrice: Well, to be honest I've only worked at two facilities as a nurse, and both were absolutely wonderful. ALL staff is valued and their job and role is considered important. We respect each other and come together for the common goal of giving our patients a positive experience. Everyone, even the MDs, are on a first name basis, everyone hangs out together after work and on weekends, etc.There's always a few bad apples in any workplace, that really can't be avoided, but if you are finding yourself in a negative work environment, you should start looking to find work elsewhere, or if you stay you should be getting together with management to bring forth changes that are needed....Show more
