Ezekiel Kadner: You need to talk to your states department of education to get specifics of what courses they require but normally you would need to get your masters in special education, complete your student teaching and pass the praxis exam for special education. If you are already teaching you may be able to use that as your student teaching - you will just need to have someone from the university come and observe you. Good luck!
