Do you know a free app I could use to exercise?

Lou Rought: No app will ever make you lose fat. No exercise except incessant will make you lose fat Your diet makes you fat. One thing in your diet you consume every day, all day is making you fat. Stop that, and you'll thin out in weeks. That thing is fructose, so sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, maple syrup and white flour products (most breads, crackers and pastas) are all concerned in fructose. Let fruit be your only source.Odds are 90% that you'll dismiss this. You cannot dismiss fact. Your brain will try to rationalize further use, just like most drugs, and you are addicted....Show more

Hope Lundmark: Why do you need an app to workout?Youtube videos.

Jeremy Donohue: Just google the term "home bodyweight routine" or "home strength training exercises" and you'll find all kinds of programs you can view and download for free. You can also ! look at your local public library. Many libraries now how DVDs you can check out for free that include many different exercise programs. Most of them say they are for weight loss, but the reality is any strength training program is going to build muscle. If you are underweight, increasing your total caloric intake and building your muscle mass will help you go in the right direction....Show more

Roni Kurz: There are so many - I will list a few towards the bottom but here are my favorites. Starting with my most favorite and then going down to a few that I have little interest in...The first one took me forever to find. If you google it you won't even find it. So I'm including a link to it. https://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/id5855422...Its called Workouts + - interval timer. And it may not be exactly what YOU are looking for. But it was exactly what I was looking for. It does have pre-programmed workouts. But what I love about it that you can easily make your o! wn programs. Then it provides you with voice prompts. It even ! includes voice prompts for the next workout I'm going to bring up. It's also great for pre and/or postwork stretches.---The NY Times Scientific Seven-Minute Workout. or for short, the 7-minute workout. Go ahead and google it. You will find a pdf with directions, youtube videos, and even apps. Below, I’ve provided you with a link to my favorite youtube video at the bottom. Use the YouTube video to learn how to do it. Then you can do it with to one of the apps. My recommendation is to use it a few times with the video and then use Workouts + - Intervals for the interval timer. It is a lot harder than it looks. But if you think its too easy â€" do it twice or even three times. If it’s too hard, and you can’t finish, that’s OK, just try again in a few days. ----the “Men’s Health 3 Moves 300 Muscles Workout”. It's a 15-minute workout. Again I’ve given you a link to a youtube video. Again use the YouTube video to learn how to do it. I don’t think it has an app! but its simple enough and can be done with just the Workouts + - Interval Timer. ----there is a newer one called the Nine-Minute Workout. No YouTube video yet. but here are the directions https://www.nytimes.com/well/guides/strength-train...Once you learn how to do it - all you need is the Workouts + - Interval Timer. I think you can see now why its my favorite. ----You can just do one of these till you get bored and then switch to another one. Or alternate them. By the time you are bored with them all, it will be time to do something even more challenging. Finally, here are the names of some of the Apps I have tried but didn't like as much. JefitWorkoutFitnessBuddyGymHeroSecondsSworkit7 MinutesWorkouts7M Workoutthey are all free to use. you can see if there is one or two you really like....Show more
