Because the boat bottom is already submerged, you get a clear view of what is under the water.In case you still can't figure it out, it is a boat with a see though bottom, sometimes made from a clear Plexiglas. They can look like normal rowboats and/or normal larger tourist boats. The whole bottom can be see through or just between some of the ribbing. They can be flat bottomed or standard V or U hulled. One became into in a cave...you may no longer see lots because of the fact it became into, nicely, a cave. curiously, there have been some blind albino cave fish in there. the different became into someplace in Florida. i think of it became into that place that has the mermaids swimming around and that they breathe from tubes (this is bizarre, because of the fact i might've concept mermaids might have gills or no longer even could breathe, on account that they're magical and all.)
